Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you are responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the right products in perfect condition and on time. Your daily tasks include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receiving incoming deliveries and booking inventory into the system.
- Checking products for freshness, quality, and correct shelf life.
- Restocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Supporting the team in achieving operational and performance targets.
- Contributing to a positive, reliable, and collaborative working environment.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English (required).
- German language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the team when needed, including covering shifts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Interested in taking on responsibility and developing leadership skills.
Career Growth
We are particularly interested in candidates who have leadership potential or the ambition to grow into an Operations Associate Plus role. In this position, you will receive additional responsibilities, support daily operations, and eventually lead shifts while coaching other team members.
