- You will handle customer complaints in an international environment and manage them in a structured manner in accordance with the 8D methodology. You will perform root cause analyses (RCA), coordinate corrective and preventive measures, and review their effectiveness.
- You will drive forward the improvement of our workflows and processes and work together with our international branches and the process managers in the various specialist areas.
- You support the international standardization of our processes and check compliance as part of internal audits.
- You will act as a quality contact person for our international sites and support them in all quality-related issues.
- As part of the international QM team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the necessary documents and company standards.
- You have a degree in engineering, or have comparable knowledge.
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experiences as a quality engineer or in quality management.
- Experience with 8D reports, root cause analysis, and action tracking is an advantage.
- You are familiar with MS Office, in particular MS Word and MS Excel. You are also confident in using an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- You work in a structured manner, have strong communication skills, and feel comfortable in an interface role with international contacts.
