What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless execution of sales and commercial strategy across EMEA Export countries for the Wilson business.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to

Building strong relationship with Export CMM/BDM/CS team to support service and growth

Collaborating with EMEA Export CMM to build and validate accurate Export forecasts
- Working with CMM and BDM to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Working with CMM/BDM to organize distributor meeting events - coordinating activities (meetings, agendas, information sharing, etc.) and facilitating effective collaboration

Preparation of seasonal Export product toolbox, selling decks and seasonal highlights

Support in the execution of our go-to-market sell-in/sell thru activities, while making sure all sales tools & systems are accurate

Follow-up Supply analysis – consolidation/communication

Coordinate and monitor samples management with CS/CMM

Process promo order entry with MM/CS

Monitor and prepare sales performance reports for the export regions

Serve as contact for export customers regarding product information / marketing assets
- Partner closely with Export CS to ensure order conversion vs product availability

Manage alongside CS ASEX EMEA warranty claims
- Back-up for other team members (i.e. holidays, sickness, etc…)
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to export strategies and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
The successful candidate will 2-3 years within sales or CS or similar role with strong English skills (written and verbal) , other language a plus (e.g. Turkish/French), with a High school degree and university degree is a plus (or equivalent)

Strong systems knowledge including Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills, SAP an advantage
