Job Description

Independent cooking and preparation of Chinese first- , business- and economy class dishes

Checking and inspecting the goods for correctness and quality

Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

Kitchen team supervision
Qualifications

Professional experience with the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level

Knowledge of Chinese cuisine

Ideally completed vocational training as a chef

Service-oriented personality type and hands-on work approach

Flexibility to work shifts

Fluent German and/or English language skills
