Ihre Aufgaben:
Organisation, Entwicklung und Führung des Teams inklusive Zielvereinbarungen, Mitarbeitergesprächen, Freigabe von Personalvorgängen sowie der Headcount- und Personalplanung
Produktionsplanung und kontinuierliche Überwachung des Produktionsfortschritts zur absoluten Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Lieferung
Überwachung, Optimierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Fertigungsprozesse mittels Lean-Management-Werkzeugen – mit klarem Fokus auf Agilität und Kleinserien
Weiterentwicklung des Lieferkettenkonzepts und Optimierung der Dispositions-Methodik zur Reduktion von Beständen (inkl. Bestandsforecasts) bei gleichzeitiger Sicherung der Lieferfähigkeit
Ausrichtung und Optimierung des gesamten Bereiches sowie aller Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der strategischen Unternehmensziele
Aktive Analyse und Steuerung der Eigenfertigung vs. Fremdbezug (Make-or-Buy)
Steuerung der Wartung und Instandhaltung sowie die zukunftsorientierte Modernisierungs- und Investitionsplanung für die Fertigung
Aufbau, Unterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung eines Kennzahlensystems zur Bereichssteuerung sowie zur messbaren Kontrolle von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Konsequente Kostenkontrolle und kontinuierliche Effizienzsteigerung im gesamten Produktionsprozess und der Logistik
Umsetzung und regelmäßige Überprüfung aller Compliance-Anforderungen im Bereich sowie Überwachung der Zoll- und Exportvorgänge
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Elektronikfertigung, Fertigung mechatronischer Geräte, Kleinserien und Prototpyenbau
3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung
Umfassende Kenntnisse im Lean Management, Supply Chain Management, Produktionstechnik und -steuerung, Personalführung
Konzeptionelles Arbeiten, Planung und Organisation, Projektmanagement, Analysefähigkeit, Change Management
Kommunikation, Konfliktfähigkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit, Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Dienstleistungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Proaktivität zeichnen Sie aus
Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (MM, PP), MS Office, MS Project, SAP Analytics Cloud
Bereitschaft zu nationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 10-20%)
