As Lead Construction Supervisor CSA (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the successful execution of complex EPC projects in the field of Data Center Construction with a focus on CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural).

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the on-time, high-quality and cost-efficient execution of CSA works within large-scale data center projects
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, site teams and all project stakeholders on site
Monitoring construction progress as well as conducting site inspections, quality checks and acceptance procedures
Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, building codes and project-specific standards
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, authorities and design teams throughout all project phases
Managing defect tracking, documentation and supporting commissioning and project handover activities

Show your expertise

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in construction management or site supervision of large-scale projects, ideally within data center or industrial construction
Strong CSA background as well as experience leading project teams and subcontractors
Excellent knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards and safety requirements
Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and work on project sites as required
Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level) and a valid driver’s license class B
