Location: One of Carrier’s key manufacturing hubs in Europe (Germany – Frankfurt/Allendorf, France – Lyon/Montluel, or Poland –Wrocław/Legnica), with flexibility across other major European locations.
AsDirector Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D),you will lead and transform a best-in-class supplier quality function across Carrier Climate Solutions Europe.
You will be accountable for end-to-end supplier performance, driving measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost across the supply base. A key focus is reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), ensuring reliable supplier delivery, and implementing transparent, data-driven performance management.
In this role, you will directlyimpactEBIT, customer satisfaction, and operational stability.
Operating at a regional level, you will lead supplier development programs, manage critical escalations, andestablishstrong governance and standardized processes across all regions. You will act as a key partner to Procurement, R&D, and Operations, ensuring supplier performance is embedded across sourcing, industrialization, and production.
You will also drive digitalization, strengthen organizational capabilities, and build a culture of continuous improvement across SQ&D.
The scope covers the full Carrier Climate Solutions Europe (CSE) supply base, with primary responsibility for Residential and expansion into Commercial.

Vergütungsspanne
Die jährliche Vergütung für diese Position liegt zwischen €95,500.00 - €191,500.00 jährlich. Faktoren wie Fähigkeiten, Ausbildung, Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen können die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Spanne beeinflussen.
