As Senior Project Manager People & Culture, you will lead complex, cross functional projects with global impact. Through strong project leadership and stakeholder collaboration, you will help turn strategic initiatives into successful outcomes.
In particular, you will
- lead cross-functional People & Culture projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
- manage People & Culture workstreams within business-critical projects, including tender processes, business transitions and operational start up activities
- partner with People & Culture teams, business leaders and functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of people-related initiatives
- establish and maintain effective project governance, ensuring clear project structures, accountability and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- drive transparency on project progress, risks, dependencies and key decisions through structured reporting and regular project updates
- facilitate workshops and steering committees to ensure alignment and progress
- develop and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies and reporting structures within People & Culture function
