As part of our international HR Strategic Initiative team, you get the opportunity to actively support our rapid growth ambitions by contributing to business-critical initiatives for our global Offshore Renewables business.
About the Role
Become a full team member from day one, actively contributing to our projects and initiatives
Have an integral part in supporting strategic HR topics throughout the project life cycle
Assist in the planning and facilitation of meetings and workshops
Develop concepts and presentations tailored for relevant stakeholders, including Top Executives and Board Members
Contribute your creative ideas and unique skills to support and enhance project success
Job Requirements and Experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, economics, business psychology, or a similar field, with excellent academic results (Bachelor's students should have completed at least the first 3 semesters)
Previous experience in (HR) strategy, consulting, process improvement, or lean management, gained through internships or working student roles
Demonstrates a structured, proactive, and independent working style with a high degree of reliability and commitment
Quick to familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and maintain a good service orientation
Enjoys collaborating in an international team that values open feedback and personal and professional development
Fluent in both German and English, with advanced skills in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
