Works Council Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple German Works Councils, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Drafting and Negotiating Works Agreements: Lead the preparation, review, and negotiation of Betriebsvereinbarungen (works agreements) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.
Support in Negotiations: Represent the company in negotiations with employee representatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal frameworks.
Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on labour law, co-determination rights, and best practices in employee relations.
Project Support: Support HR and business projects requiring co-determination, including organizational changes, policy implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all labour relations activities comply with German labour law and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation of agreements and negotiation processes.
