What to Expect
As a Technical Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in structuring, optimizing, and digitalizing maintenance processes for doors, gates, and related logistic assets. Your work ensures high availability, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational efficiency. You will own the creation of a centralized asset database, develop KPI-driven insights, implement BIM-based planning, and support best-practice maintenance strategies across the factory.
What You'll Do-
Develop, structure, and maintain a central database for doors, gates, and associated assets.

Benchmark and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support change management and lifecycle planning.

Leverage Building Information Modeling (BIM) for maintenance planning, condition tracking, and documentation updates.

Contribute to best-practice standards for future replacements, brownfield changes, and cost-optimized asset solutions.

Support the definition and implementation of high-safety operating procedures (SOPs).

Conduct ongoing performance monitoring through visual inspections and condition-based maintenance.

Translate asset condition insights into maintenance schedules and long-term planning.

Support engineers with spare parts strategy development, including defining critical spares and stocking levels.

Assist in documenting lifecycle changes, technical updates, and compliance-related data.

Collaborate with engineering, EHS, logistics, and OEM partners to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and upgrades.
What You'll Bring-
Technical degree or equivalent technical experience.

Experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or technical documentation.

Familiarity with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).

Understanding of BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Clear communication abilities across teams.

Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
