To support ANKER continued growth, we ANKER a full-time (Junior) IT-
Consultant (m/f/d) for POS / Retail to join our team immediately at our office in Essen or Hamburg.
Your Responsibilities
- You will advise our customers on the implementation and further development of POS solutions
- You document requirements in a structured manner and prepare them for implementation
- You will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- You will conduct workshops and training sessions on your own
- You will actively support the projects during testing and go-live phases
- You'll work closely with the development and support teams
- In presales, you'll provide support for technical questions and contribute your expertise
Your Profile
- You have some experience in the IT field or with projects (junior level), or you have several years of
experience in IT consulting or project management
- A strong understanding of software and processes is what sets you apart
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers are among your strengths
- You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and actively contribute to finding solutions together
- Experience in the retail or POS environment is a plus
- You have excellent German skills and good English skills
- You’re always willing to travel
