Drive the market development of our MedTech & Healthcare business across Germany,

Identify, acquire, and develop new customers while building long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, research institutions, and industry partners

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to establish a sustainable market presence

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer acquisition through contract negotiations and long-term account development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, and professional associations such as BVITG, BMC, Medical Mountains, and Bayern Innovativ

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities

Collaborate closely with internal technical and project teams to develop customer-focused solutions

Contribute to strategic partnerships with innovation networks, research organizations, and funding initiatives where relevant

Bachelor's degree in Medical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, a clinical background with successful experience in medical sales

8 –10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, including at least 2–3 years within the MedTech or Healthcare industry

Proven success in developing new markets and growing customer relationships within Germany

Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, tender management, and complex B2B sales cycles

Existing network within the German healthcare and MedTech ecosystem is highly desirable

Experience working with medical device manufacturers, healthcare technology providers, distributors, or related organizations

Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to build and grow a new market rather than manage an existing customer base

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at both clinical and executive levels

Fluent German and English language skills
