Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor production performances, capacity utilization and inventory levels.

Coordinate material availability with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

Analyze production data, KPIs and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
-
Ensure optimal ulilization of personnel, machines and production resources.
-
Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Sales.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.
-
Monitore adherence to production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments.
-
Support S&OP and capacity planning processes.
-
Identify risks impacting production schedules and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operatopns Management or a related field.

Several years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Branch Experience in Automotive.

Knowledge of production planning methods, capacity planning, MRP and inventory management.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufactoring environment.
-
Good understanding of Lean Manufactoring and Continous Improvement methodologies.

Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
