We are looking for an experienced Drone Flight Instructor to plan and deliver theoretical and practical training for small UAS (drone) pilots. You will shape the next generation of drone operators – your ability to teach, communicate legal and safety-critical content clearly, and assess pilot performance is central to the role. A military background is a strong advantage. Fluency in German is required, as training will be delivered primarily in German-speaking environments.

Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for drone pilots (small UAS)

Conduct hands-on flight instruction with small drones

Teach legal and safety-relevant content (regulatory framework, operational safety)

Assess and evaluate trainee performance

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials

Have several years of experience flying and instructing drone pilots

Have solid knowledge of small UAS (Kleindrohnen)

Hold all relevant civil certificates, including STS-02

Are fluent in German at C2 level

Have didactic experience in adult education (Erwachsenenbildung)
