INTERNATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(Siegen, Germany)

You will join a company specializing in delivering highly specialized solutions for manufacturers of machine tools and industrial equipment. The portfolio includes advanced systems that support monitoring, control, and testing of production processes, enabling customers to improve quality, safety, and overall manufacturing efficiency. The company works with global leaders in the machinery sector, providing tailored, project-based solutions adapted to complex technical requirements.
You will be responsible for sales and relationship development in the area of advanced systems for monitoring machining processes as well as testing and diagnostic solutions for industrial machines and components.
In this role, you will combine consultative sales with application engineering, supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle while building long-term, trusted business relationships. You will also actively cooperate with an international network of agents, playing a key role in developing and maintaining their effectiveness and engagement.
You will work within an international sales team (Germany and the Netherlands), which is why your presence in these locations will be particularly important during the onboarding phase.
The role involves regular travel within the DACH region as well as international business trips (approx. 10–20%, e.g. Asia).
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the area of advanced industrial solutions
- Acquire new customers and actively grow sales on international markets
- Build, maintain, and further develop relationships with international agents, supporting their sales performance
- Manage the full sales cycle: from pre-sales activities to after-sales support
- Collaborate with international teams on project execution
- Review inquiries and prepare quotations, cost calculations, schedules, and supplier specifications
- Participate in technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring strong and long-term business relationships
Our requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Several years of experience in B2B sales in an international environment
- Experience in technical solution sales (machine building, automation, or electrical engineering is a strong advantage)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Very good command of German and English
- Strong team player with the ability to operate effectively in international, crossfunctional structures
- Analytical, business-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel internationally (DACH region + approx. 10–20% globally)
- Flexibility, openness, and excellent communication skills
