Boven Safety have an immediate requirement for an EHS advisor (German Speaking) for a large scale data center build in Berlin, Germany.

- Rate: Up to €65/hr (DOE) + Travel & Accommodation package included.
- Language: Must be certified fluent in German, C1 level or above
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience in Occupational Health, including risk identification, control measures, and worker wellbeing initiatives.
- Relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH (or equivalent) and familiarity with recognized EHS frameworks and standards.
- Auditing skills for conducting internal inspections, compliance audits, and contributing to certification readiness.
- Fluency in German and good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in an EHS advisory or similar role, ideally within sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and practical mindset.
