Overview
This role In alignment with the strategic planning and development needs of the Europe Operations Company, the Assistant Network Construction Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and documentation of infrastructure construction projects. This role assists in ensuring the successful implementation of construction projects to meet the annual CAPEX investment plan.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Assist in gathering and analysing regional network construction needs, support the development of annual fixed asset investment and construction plans.
- Project Support & Tracking: Aid in lifecycle coordination of construction projects, from feasibility studies to final acceptance; Help manage internal processes for fixed asset projects in compliance with policies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, asset records, and handover materials; Ensure proper filing and reporting of project progress.
- Assist in tracking equipment failures during maintenance periods and follow up on resolutions.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to country-level construction teams.
- Help coordinate initiatives between regional and national teams.
- Support the execution of HQ Network Department directives within the region.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in construction coordination, project support, or network technology roles.
- Basic understanding of network construction and engineering processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, proactive problem-solving and adaptability under deadlines.
- Excellent communication(reading, speaking, listening and writing) both in English and Chinese.
