- Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Strategy, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Transformation, Strategy Execution, or Management Consulting.

Proven experience in organizational design and the development of Target Operating Models.

Demonstrated track record in leadership enablement, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness.

Experience working directly with senior leaders in complex and international organizations.

Expertise:
-
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Languages: Business‑fluent English skills. German would be a plus.

Personality:

High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build trust across leadership levels.

Courage to challenge established thinking and drive sustainable change.
