Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with healthcare standards and facility procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patient recovery, rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing
- Adhere to German healthcare regulations, hygiene standards, and patient safety procedures
Salary & Benefits
- Permanent German employment contract
- Full-time working schedule (approximately 39 hours per week, depending on roster and collective agreements)
- Competitive gross monthly salary: approximately €3,500 – €4,500, depending on:
- Professional qualifications
- Years of experience
- Recognition status in Germany

RequirementsMandatory Requirements
- Minimum B2 German language proficiency
- Completed nursing qualification from an accredited institution
- Valid professional nursing license/registration in your home country
- Ability to provide organized professional and educational documents
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with full German nursing recognition (Anerkennung/Urkunde)
- Candidates currently undergoing or eligible for the German recognition process
Recognition Process Support
Candidates who meet the language and qualification requirements but do not yet hold full German recognition may still be considered.
Support may include:
- Guidance through the Anerkennung process
- Assistance with required documentation
- Information regarding available funding or subsidy programs where applicable
Processing timelines may vary depending on the responsible German authorities and individual candidate documentation.
