This is an onsite position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Programming of CNC machines with DIN or Heidenhain controls
Manufacturing of molds and cutting tools, including proper machining
Performing milling operations
Working accurately from technical drawings
Cleaning of production tools according to work instructions
Performing minor tool repairs
Performing maintenance and cleaning work on machine tools
Documentation of completed tasks
Compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines
Active support regarding occupational safety
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as a CNC machinist, precision mechanic, or similar qualification with a focus on milling technology
Work Experience
Initial relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Independent and responsible work style
High quality awareness and meticulous work ethic
Teamwork skills
Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary for this position is €45,686.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
