Job Description
Field of Responsibility:
The position “Head of Vertical Upholstery & Furniture Solutions” is responsible for the profitable business development and market growth in the Upholstery & Furniture Solutions segment within the EMEA region, as well as supporting the expansion of the business in defined business development regions.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading and steering all activities within the Vertical portfolio

Ensuring alignment between strategy, sales execution, and operational performance

Overall responsibility for defining and implementing the business strategy
-
Achieving sales, margin, and financial targets
-
Continuously improving P&L, cash flow, and ROCE
-
Supporting Business Development Verticals by translating market opportunities into concrete sales actions and ensuring successful execution
Qualifications
-
Degree in a technical, scientific or business-related discipline (university or university of applied sciences)

Several years of professional experience in sales and/or general management, with demonstrated expertise in strategy development, project management and commercial management

Several years of leadership experience within sales or commercial functions
-
Proven expertise and market experience in upholstery materials (e.g., artificial leather) and furniture films is an advantage.

International business experience
