HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
You are passionate about creating outstanding breakfast experiences and setting the tone for our guests’ day. In this key role, you ensure a smooth and high-quality breakfast service, combining culinary excellence with efficient kitchen operations.

Support the Head Chef in overseeing and coordinating all breakfast kitchen operations

Ensure the timely preparation and presentation of high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our luxury standards

Actively work hands-on in the kitchen, leading by example and supporting the team during service

Maintain and monitor consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all food items

Collaborate closely with the service team to deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience

Assist in staff scheduling and ensure smooth operations during early shifts and in the absence of the Head Chef

Oversee compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards, including regular training and monitoring

Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control for the breakfast kitchen

Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement of the breakfast offering
COULD THIS BE YOU?

Completed vocational training and at least two years of experience in a comparable position within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or restaurant
-
Strong hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and high personal quality standards
-
Strong awareness of excellence, attention to detail, and a clear affinity for luxury hospitality
-
Confident handling of numbers and strong business acumen

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
-
AEVO certification is an advantage
