We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (Robotics) Intern to join our Body Shop team, with a focus on robotic systems and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will take ownership of project coordination tasks within a fast-paced environment, ensuring workflows run efficiently and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate cross-functional project initiatives, track progress, and report results to relevant stakeholders.

Support robotic system improvement projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Drive predictive maintenance projects by analyzing equipment data and maintenance logs to identify failure patterns and recommend proactive interventions.

Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) using tools such as FMEA and fishbone diagrams to identify patterns and prevent recurrence.

Oversee asset management processes, including lifecycle tracking, spare parts inventory, and cost-benefit evaluations for equipment repairs or upgrades.

Design, implement, and optimize preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.

Develop and standardize PM procedures and reporting templates to ensure consistent execution across the team.

Create and maintain key project documentation, including equipment specifications, BOMs, and maintenance records.
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Demonstrated first-principles problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

High flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and ways of working.

Strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in new methods, processes, and technologies.

Experience with industrial robots is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
