2. Scale program from Dresden into other European countries in line with ESMC’s TA strategy.
3. Benchmark best practices across geographies, adapt and localize where applicable (e.g. Global DNA Internship).
4. Build long-term alliances with universities, schools and vocational schools, research institutes, and government bodies.
5. Set up, establish and coordinate ESMC representation at career events, industry associations, policy forums and talent summits.
6. Align with EB and PR on consistent messaging across PR, community events and digital campaigns.
7. Identify opportunities (university initiatives, research projects, dual-study partnerships, etc.) that deliver mutual benefit for ESMC and the talent ecosystem.
8. Track KPIs via available reporting tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
9. Prepare reports for HR leadership and Fab management on early talent strategy impactformat as below.
