Your tasks:
- Manage and further develop configuration and change management processes within an aerospace engineering environment
- Ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant handling of technical design and product data
- Maintain and optimize configuration data structures and workflows within the PLM landscape
- Support and advise internal teams in the use of Siemens Teamcenter and related configuration processes
- Coordinate and control engineering changes while assessing their impact on projects and operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management guidelines, procedures, and standards
- Lead and coordinate a small configuration management team
- Support internal and external audits within a regulated aviation environment
- Organize change control activities and coordinate technical data exchange with suppliers and partners
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in configuration management, PLM, or engineering change management within the aerospace industry
- Strong understanding of regulated development environments and EASA/DOA requirements
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and ideally SAP ERP
- Good knowledge of IT service and process frameworks, especially ITIL
- Experience leading or coordinating small technical teams
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong process understanding
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams
- English C1
