As Senior Business Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ELEVATE, one of the largest business transformation programs in Fresenius history. Reporting to the Global Template Business Lead, you will lead the operational delivery of the Global Business Template and help shape a harmonized, standardized business solution for the global SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Lead the day-to-day execution of the Global Business Template program, ensuring milestones, deliverables and quality objectives are achieved.
Drive integrated planning, execution and delivery across business workstreams, IT and implementation partners.
Provide functional leadership to Global Process Owners, Business Template teams, Integration Management and Stream Support functions.
Align all business process areas around one global standard template and resolve cross-functional integration topics.
Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and decision making, including timely escalation of critical topics.
Lead Business Design Authority governance meetings and prepare executive decision materials and steering updates.
Build strong relationships with senior business and IT leaders, SAP, Infosys and strategic consulting partners.
Ensure the Business Template is complete, integrated, tested and ready for deployment across all waves.
Challenge unnecessary complexity and promote SAP standard functionality, standardization and simplification.
Continuously improve program execution, governance and collaboration across business, deployment and technical teams.
Location: Bad Homburg (Germany), hybrid working model
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
A project or program management certification such as PMP, Prince2 or MSP is desirable.
At least 15 years' experience delivering complex global business transformation programs.
Significant experience leading SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in complex environments.
Proven track record in managing large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including matrix leadership.
Strong executive governance, stakeholder management, decision-making and change management capabilities.
Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or another highly regulated industry is desirable.
Business-fluent English communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities, German is a plus.
Highly organized, resilient and results driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
