Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and developing long-term relationships with customers while maintaining a positive company image
- Promoting and selling medical products within the assigned territory
- Independently identifying sales opportunities, actively acquiring new customers, and developing business with existing accounts
- Preparing commercial offers and sales proposals
- Conducting negotiations with customers
- Presenting products, including during medical procedures
- Delivering training to medical personnel on the proper use of devices and equipment
- Supporting the organization of conferences, congresses, workshops, and customer training sessions
- Cooperating with other company departments to ensure high-quality customer service
- Performing post-sale installation of equipment at customer sites
- Collaborating with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Providing training and educational materials to customers and key stakeholders on product features, usage guidelines, and best practices in ENT procedures
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to ENT equipment and procedures within the designated territory
- Using CRM tools to provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders
Your qualification
- A university degree
- At least 2 years of experience working in a diagnostic and surgical environment involving endoscopy
- Proven success in medical equipment sales
- Good knowledge of the medical sector, particularly in ENT
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- A proactive and customer-oriented approach
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong technical aptitude
- Accuracy, reliability, and excellent organizational skills
- Initiative, commitment, independence, and a high level of self-motivation
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, enabling effective professional communication
- A strong drive to succeed and achieve business goals
- A category B driving license
