Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für die Dauer von zunächst 12 Monaten, der aktiv an einem spannenden Entwicklungsprojekt im Bereich der Metallisierung von Leiterplatten mitwirkt. In dieser Rolle erhalten Sie wertvolle Einblicke in Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse und übernehmen eigenständig Aufgaben im Labor- und Projektumfeld.
Ihre Verantwortung

Unterstützung bei Routineaufgaben in der Prozessentwicklung, insbesondere im Bereich der Metallisierung von Leiterplatten

Mitwirken bei der Planung und Vorbereitung von Versuchsreihen

Unterstützung bei der Durchführung chemischer Präparationen, Analyse von Prozessbädern sowie bei Experimenten

Auswertung von Versuchsergebnissen, z. B. durch Schliffpräparation und Mikroskopie

Pflege des Chemikalienmanagements, inkl. Bestandsüberwachung und Nachbestellung

Unterstützung im Gerätemanagement (Wartung, Kalibrierung, Servicekoordination)

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE-Richtlinien (Health, Safety & Environment) sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Labor
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Laufendes Studium im Bereich Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar

Gutes technisches und chemisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an betrieblichen und digitalen Prozessen

Hohe Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Bereitschaft, sich in komplexe Themengebiete einzuarbeiten

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu vereinfachen

Ihren Einsatz vergüten wir mit 16,64 EUR/Stunde
