What You'll Do
- Guide patients through every stage of their therapy journey — from their first appointment with CVR to long-term therapy success.
- Empower patients through individualized education, practical training & ongoing support, helping them become confident partners in their own therapy.
- Conduct our individualized Mask Fitting, guiding patients as they discover different mask options, develop their own preferences & confidently choose the mask that feels right for them.
- Help patients replace uncertainty with confidence through education, experience, & practical guidance — not simply by explaining equipment.
- Support patients both at our location and, when appropriate, during Home Visits.
- Work closely with physicians, our Back Office & the entire patient care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Document clearly so every team member can continue the patient's therapy journey without losing context.
