Your Profile:
- University degree in business, psychology, law with HR focus, or relevant commercial training with HR qualification; coaching certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an international setting.
- Proven knowledge in German labor law.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills - proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP-based HR systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills; fluent in both German and English (min. B2).
- Confident, structured and proactive working style; reliable and solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative spirit and high sense of loyalty and discretion.
