For our Central Europe region (DACH + Poland), we are looking for a hands-on and business-oriented Finance Controller who acts as a trusted sparring partner to regional management and helps drive operational and commercial performance across the region.
This role combines operational controlling, business partnering, financial planning, and regional coordination in an international matrix organization. You will work closely with the regional leadership team, local finance teams, and international stakeholders within SSE Finance.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working close to the business, independently analyzing data, improving processes, and translating numbers into concrete actions and decisions.
