As HSE Manager (m/f/d) you will be the subject matter expert in charge of the health and safety standards in the project. You will be responsible for monitoring and revising the safety requirements defined in the HSE plan.

- Ensuring the effective implementation of customer standards and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of safety-related processes
- Communicating with staff and subcontractors regarding the implementation of the safety concept and taking action in the event of breaches of safety-related requirements
- Implementation of an effective HSE management and audit programme for subcontractors to ensure compliance with all relevant HSE requirements at the site
- Inspection and acceptance of plant, machinery and other operating equipment
- Carrying out on-site surveys and site inspections, including reporting
- Implement and maintain effective site emergency plans, safety programmes and access control procedures
- Completed training or degree in a technical field, such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, etc.
- Additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist and/or health and safety coordinator
- Relevant professional experience in HSE management for major projects, preferably in energy technology
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel on business
