Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all order to invoice operations of the network
- Support dealers in placing and managing orders
- Manage related order claims
- Support network in identifying the correct products
- Closely collaborate with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China
- Support management with analysis and reporting
- Ad hoc activities
Qualifications:

Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products)
- Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
- Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
- High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
