THE ROLE
You are the central professional point of contact for our pharmacy partners, providing competent and reliable support for all questions relating to ASPRIVA, our products and their ingredients.
Our products require explanation and are scientifically positioned. Pharmacies therefore expect well founded, precise and transparent answers.
You should be able to explain our product formulations and ingredients confidently, respond to professional questions in a structured way and communicate more complex information clearly and understandably.
At the same time, you provide organisational support to our pharmacy partners and ensure that enquiries and orders are handled reliably.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional support to our pharmacy partners via email and telephone
- Provide competent advice on ASPRIVA products, ingredients, dosages and product characteristics
- Communicate scientific and product related information clearly and understandably
- Reliably handle and coordinate enquiries from pharmacies
- Respond to customer enquiries about our products and ingredients
- Process orders and monitor ordering processes
- Collaborate with our sales team to support and further develop our pharmacy partnerships
- Provide pharmacies with product information as well as sales and information materials
- Support sales related projects and events within the pharmacy channel
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a PTA or a comparable pharmaceutical or scientific qualification
- Very good understanding of food supplements, ingredients and product related scientific concepts
- Ability to communicate technically demanding information precisely and clearly
- Confidence in professional discussions with pharmacists and other qualified healthcare professionals
- Professional experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector is an advantage
- Interest in scientifically grounded food supplements and longevity
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English
- Friendly, professional and confident communication style
- High degree of reliability, independence and attention to detail
- Ability to clearly distinguish between evidence based statements and claims that are not sufficiently supported
