About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our People Operations team in Hofheim, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys delivering a high-quality employee experience and providing trusted support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with employment legislation and company policies. You will act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, support key people initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding activities.
Preparing employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practice.
Supporting employee relations case administration and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
Coordinating key HR processes and annual people activities, including performance reviews, salary review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
Producing regular and ad hoc HR reports to support operational insights and decision-making.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, systems, and service delivery.
Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver a consistent and high-quality HR service.
Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with agreed service levels, policies, and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience in an HR Administration, HR Advisor, or People Operations role within a fast-paced environment.
A recognised qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field is desirable. We also welcome applications from candidates who are currently developing their HR expertise through further study or who have gained equivalent knowledge through practical HR experience.
Ideally, experience gained within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, with an understanding of the pace, complexity, and workforce dynamics associated with these sectors.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of work accurately.
Experience supporting HR processes and coordinating cyclical HR activities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Confidence working with HR systems, data, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide practical and professional guidance to managers and employees.
