About the Role
Vaidik Eduservices is hiring experienced German Language Instructors to support an upcoming project with a leading global language training organization. We are seeking passionate educators who can deliver high-quality, interactive online German language instruction while maintaining international teaching standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong command of the German language, experience teaching learners across different proficiency levels, and the ability to conduct engaging virtual sessions for adult and corporate learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online German language instruction using communicative and learner-centered teaching methodologies.
- Teach learners across CEFR proficiency levels (A1–C2).
- Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Customize lessons based on learner goals and proficiency.
- Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance, progress reports, and session documentation.
- Foster an immersive and engaging virtual learning environment.
- Adhere to client quality standards, teaching guidelines, and scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in German, Foreign Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (preferred).
- Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, DSH, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
Experience
- Previous experience teaching German as a foreign language is preferred.
- Experience teaching adults, professionals, or corporate learners is highly preferred.
- Experience with international language training organizations is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

Technical Requirements
- Laptop or desktop with webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet, professional workspace suitable for delivering online instruction.
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar virtual classroom platforms.
Availability
- Flexible to work across international time zones, including US and European schedules.
- Willingness to accept classes based on project demand.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 1,00€ - 48,64€ per hour
