MSc (or equivalent) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of professional experience in flight dynamics modelling, simulation development or aerodynamic database generation, including certification or qualification work (CS-23/CS-25; military standards is a plus).
Strong theoretical foundation in flight mechanics, aircraft equations of motion, stability and control, and aerodynamic modelling techniques.
Proven experience building, integrating and validating flight dynamics models and processing aerodynamic data from CFD, wind tunnel and flight test sources.
Proven experience in handling-qualities assessment and piloted simulation.
Familiarity with system identification techniques and the use of flight test data for model tuning and validation.
Strong programming skills in Python and MATLAB/Simulink; experience with C/C++ for real-time simulation environments is a plus.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical teams and certification authorities.
Experience with military aircraft (design, flight testing, or flight dynamics modelling).
