In this role, you will be responsible for:
Welcoming and supporting guests, candidates, and external partners
Serving as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and general inquiries
Preparing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and visitor appointments
Ensuring a professional, well-maintained, and welcoming office environment
Coordinating catering, lunches, and hospitality for guests
Organizing smaller internal events and team activities
Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Experience in reception, front office, hospitality, office management, guest relations, or a comparable service-oriented role
A background or vocational training in hospitality, hotel management, gastronomy, or event management is an advantage
A professional, well-groomed, and friendly appearance
A strong service mindset and genuine passion for hospitality
Excellent organizational skills with a structured and reliable way of working
