Betreuung unseres internationalen Kundenkreises / Ansprechpartner für vertragsrelevante und abwicklungstechnische Fragestellungen

Auftragserfassung und Abwicklung in unserem ERP-System

Bearbeitung fremdsprachiger Warendokumente
-
Kontrolle termingerechter Auslieferungen
-
Eigenständige Beurteilung von Transportmitteln und -wegen im internationalen Warenverkehr / Vergabe von Transportaufträgen
-
Organisation und Begleitung von Materialinspektionen
-
Anwendung der Incoterms 2020
-
Prüfung kaufmännischer Vertragsdetails
-
Projektbearbeitung /-abwicklung in kundenspezifischen Systemen/ Web- Portalen
Ihre Qualifikation
-
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bevorzugt im Groß- und Außenhandel

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
-
Professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern

Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent

Durchsetzungs- und Kommunikationsstärke

Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Produkten
