Main Duties

Develop and deploy the Division Lean strategy in alignment with Parker’s WIN Strategy and Parker Lean System

Lead Lean programs, Kaizen events, workshops and improvement projects across division locations

Coach, train and support teams and leaders to strengthen Lean thinking and a continuous improvement culture. Functional Leadership of the lean team members in the sites.

Drive implementation of Lean tools and methods such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Jidoka, Standardized Work, Kanban, VSM and TPM.

Coordinate audits, Lean reviews, KPI follow-ups and reporting to division and corporate management.

Support change management, strategy deployment and business development initiatives.

Build and strengthen a Lean network across the division and within the Parker community.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Management and continuous improvement projects.

Strong knowledge of Lean principles, tools, methods and deployment practices.

Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach or project leader.

Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.

Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to act as a change agent, mentor and coach, inspiring others and shaping a culture of continuous improvement.

Structured, disciplined and solution-oriented working style.

Fluent English skills, German is an advantage.

Willingness to travel more than 50%.
