We are building worlds highest-velocity for our Digital / SME & Mid-Market sales engine — and we need the leader to run it. You will own a team of 6–8 Account Executives across the DACH market and a revenue number that matters. You carry a team quota. You coach daily. You set the standard for what outstanding looks like. No figureheads. No process managers. This role is for someone who sells, leads, and wins — simultaneously.

Revenue. The POD's revenue number across DACH — built on rigorous pipeline discipline and weekly cadence.
- Team. 6–8 AEs: their development, their ramp, their performance. You are accountable for their output.
- Process. CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and deal-stage discipline — non-negotiable, always.
- AI native. Be the driving force for AI adoption. Enable the team to operate AI-native.
- Standards. Culture. Speed. Direct. High agency. No excuses.
Team performance
- At least 80% of the team hits 100%+ of quota.
- Don't manage from CRM numbers. Know the deals, know the people, know the risks.
- Don't fixate on the current quarter. Know your numbers, see the gaps, and drive the pipeline activities now that close cQ+1 and cQ+2.
- Understand each AE's weaknesses. Make them better. Make them believe.
- Don't coach from behind the desk. Be in the trenches — with the team, with the customer.
- 6+ years B2B SaaS sales. You have closed deals at volume and led people. Both, not one or the other.
- Proven player-coach track record — quota-carrying and leading simultaneously, with targets beaten.
- You think in conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and KPIs. Not activities. Outcomes.
- Deep fluency with high-velocity sales mechanics: short cycles, high volume, funnel optimisation.
- You can diagnose a sales problem in a 10-minute call review and fix it within a day.
- CRM-native. HubSpot preferred. Sequences, call intelligence, AI prospecting — you use these tools, you don't learn them on the job.
- English and German fluent.
- High energy, low ego. Thrives with pace and ambiguity. Starts winning before the playbook is finished.

- POD revenue number owned, reported weekly, trending above target across all five markets.
- Every AE has a live development plan. Measurable performance improvement is visible across the team.
- AI tooling fully embedded. Reps spend more time selling, less time on admin.
- Pipeline is clean, forecasts are accurate, and AEs own their numbers with confidence.
- The POD is the team other sales leaders want to join.
