Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience in brand activation aka technical representative roles or related experience in retail, sales, marketing or events.
Ability to excite our retail partners and ignite local communities about On's brand with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
A passion for people and movement is paramount for all Brand Representatives.
Passion in Performance Running products, including technical specifications and competitive landscape.
Adapting and hands on. Our team navigates changing environments and unexpected challenges in the field with a solutions oriented approach.
Fluent in German (C2) and a working proficiency in English are required for this position.
Drivers license and a proclivity for being on the road.
Flexible to work on weekends and in the evening.
You'll be trusted to work autonomously, managing your own workload and scheduling so being self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized es key to thriving on this role.
