Key requirements:
- Lead the integration of partners into the delivery network, providing training and ongoing support. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance.
- Act as the liaison between partners and internal operations teams, identifying issues, resolving operational challenges, and continuously improving delivery efficiency and service levels.
- Drive regional growth by expanding delivery coverage, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating customer service quality across assigned areas.
- Take ownership of performance targets, ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Qualifications
Main responsibilities:
- Leverage existing resources and extensive experience in delivery service partnerships to support the selection and contracting of partners in Nürnberg. A strong, existing network of parcel delivery fleets and companies is essential.
- (Optional) Provide expertise in building courier and last-mile delivery networks.
Ideal consultant profile:
- Previous experience with DPD, Hermes, Amazon DSP, GLS or other courier companies in depot management or delivery partner management.
- Already has a shortlist of potential partners and an active network.
- Skilled in expanding and negotiating contracts with delivery service partners.
- Trusted by partners and able to build long-term cooperation.
- Capable of providing strategic suggestions to our business plan and onboarding the right partners accordingly.
- Responsible and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
