Our Marketing Department for our office in Munich is looking for a
Trade Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) (100%)
This position is hybrid, with 3 mandatory days at our office in Munich.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and alignment of the integrated local marketing planning process with the strategic approach of our brands
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the marketing team to ensure alignment, fostering consistent and successful execution of marketing campaigns
- Own the calendar of channel marketing executions, managing the timing, production, and implementation to ensure a smooth go-to-market process
- Ensure all marketing tools, assets, and systems (e.g. Bynder, Fashion Cloud, Salesforce) are integrated effectively to support seamless operations
- Manage the production processes of promotional material packages, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Support the creation and production of bespoke channel marketing tools for key customers and occasionally retail
- Ensuring all designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and logos
- Designing print and digital materials like brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral in line with the European toolkits and guidelines
- Assisting in creating product prototypes, mockups, or visuals used in product marketing
- Designing materials for events, trade shows, or conferences, such as banners, booths, displays, and giveaways
- Assisting in the development of presentations and pitch decks for internal and external purposes
- Preparing print-ready files and ensuring that designs are correctly set up for production
- Actively negotiate the best possible production offers for all advertising materials to optimize costs.
- Serve as the interface for input in Salesforce, coordinating closely with the business development team or equivalent stakeholders in the organization
- SAP number creation for marketing materials
- Manage and update all uploads on internal and external databases (e.g., Bynder, FashionCloud)
- Determine quantities for giveaways, coordinate with sales and the European team, and ensure smooth delivery processes
Your ideal profile:
- 2+ years proven experience in marketing operations or a related role
- Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Management of vendors and agency processes is a plus
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to understand and interpret design briefs from various departments
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing visuals is a plus
- Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) or animation tools is beneficial
- Understanding print processes, such as color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), resolution requirements, and file formats
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS can be helpful for collaborating with web developers
- Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Team-player, who loves communication and organisation
- Creative thinking to come up with design solutions that address business challenges
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Staying up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry changes
- Willingness to learn new tools or techniques to improve design capabilities
