About us
melu kids is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Berlin. We create personalized name labels and stickers for kids and families and sell mainly through Amazon across Europe and the US.
To support our production team during our busy summer season, we are looking for reliable and motivated Production Assistants / Pickers & Packers on a fixed-term hourly contract until around September/October 2026.
Your tasks
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing personalized sticker products for shipment
- Operating printing and cutting machines after training
- Checking product quality before dispatch
- Receiving, stocking, and organizing materials
- Supporting general production and warehouse tasks
- Keeping the production area clean, structured, and efficient
What we are looking for
- Reliability and punctuality
- Motivation and a hands-on attitude
- Ability to stay focused, even when things get busy
- Team spirit and a responsible working style
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Previous warehouse, production, packing, or printing experience is helpful, but not required
- Availability to work on a fixed-term contract until around September/October 2026
- Willingness to work on weekends occasionally, especially during busy periods
