Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1. Oversees Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation
Direct the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of critical system, including ultra-pure water (UPW), and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects from conceptual design through to commissioning and qualification.
Optimize facility uptime through predictive and preventive maintenance programs to support high-volume semiconductor fabrication.
2. EHS & Security Leadership
Develop and enforce robust Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Oversee site security protocols, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response team (ERT) readiness.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and the implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
3. Wastewater Treatment & Environmental Control
Direct the end-to-end operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP), ensuring compliance with local effluent discharge limits and environmental regulations.
Manage the neutralization of hazardous chemical byproducts specific to semiconductor processing (e.g., hydrofluoric acid, heavy metals, and slurry).
Drive sustainability initiatives focused on water recycling, energy reduction, and hazardous waste minimization.
4. Strategic & Financial Oversight
Manage the annual facilities and EHS budget (OPEX), ensuring cost-effective vendor management and resource allocation.
Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies for permitting, inspections, and compliance reporting.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety-first mindset.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, orEnvironmental Engineering.

Experience: 10+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-tech cleanroom environment.

Proven track record in managing industrial wastewater treatment processes.

Soft Skills: Exceptional crisis management abilities, strong negotiation skills, and the capacity to communicate complex technical data to executive leadership.
