In this role, you will play a key role in our quality management team and make a significant contribution to ensuring and further developing our quality standards. You will work closely with internal departments and our customers, actively applying your expertise to processes, audits, and projects.
Project work
Participation in interdisciplinary projects aimed at the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards
Planning and Managing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Ensuring product and process maturity in accordance with defined maturity models
Quality Planning & Documentation
Maintenance and ongoing updates to our IMDS
Development and refinement of inspection and control plans in CAQ and SAP
Development of goods receipt and control plans to ensure compliance with defined quality standards
Preparing for and assisting with client audits, as well as actively participating in client meetings
Conducting PPAP procedures and preparing PPF documentation
Technical Testing & Analysis
Review and evaluation of specifications, technical data, and drawings
Ensuring compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements
Test Equipment Management
Process & Production Support
You have a strong commitment to quality and a solid understanding of industrial processes. Ideally, you have experience in the automotive industry and are familiar with common standards and methods in quality planning.
Professional Qualifications
Knowledge of relevant quality standards and methods, in particular VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, and VDA Yellow Book – Artificial Intelligence in Quality Management
Familiarity with ISO 19011 auditing guidelines
Experience with sampling procedures in accordance with VDA 2 (PPAP/EMBP)
