Als Entwicklungszentrum der Caterpillar Inc. konstruieren wir Mobilbagger und Materialumschlagmaschinen in der Gewichtsklasse 13-60t.
Als Teamleiter Enclosures & Light Fabrications (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Engineering-Teams im Bereich Verkleidung und leichter Stahlbau. Sie verantworten die Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Verkleidungs‑ und zugehörigen Stützstrukturkomponenten sowie Kraftstofftanks, Hydrauliköltanks und Gegengewichten für unsere Maschinen. Sie führen Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienfreigabe, wobei Sie auch die Validation der Bauteile planen und verantworten. Dabei verbinden Sie technische Exzellenz, Projektmanagement und Mitarbeiterführung. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Konstruktionsteams zusammen, die sowohl vor Ort als auch an anderen Standorten des Konzerns ansässig sind.

Base Minimum Pay:
89.785,00 €
Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
