Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective financial planning. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide actionable insights to support business growth while maintaining robust financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyses.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, ideally in manufacturing or printing industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
